Screamin' Mimi's has taken a select blend of aged peppers and spices and made this delightfully tangy sauce, a perfect complement to beef, pork, poultry, or anything you'd want to kick up in flavor.

This is a fairly hot vinegar-based pepper sauce, with a Tabasco®-like character but without the full-on vinegar kick that Tabasco has. It's smoother and not quite as sharp as Tabasco, too, so it makes a pleasant addition to sauces, Chili, and Mexican foods.

We like it a lot.
