Here at A Taste of Kentucky we want to share with you the wealth of items we've collected from the far-flung corners of Kentucky, so please take a few minutes to review your options before you place your order.

We want your shopping experience with A Taste of Kentucky to be the best it can be. We have been in business almost twenty years and the focus has always been on exceeding the expectations of our friends and customers. If you or the recipient are not completely satisfied with our products, please call us for a prompt replacement or refund.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards via our secure server. Please have your credit card number and expiration date ready when ordering by phone. Money orders and personal checks may accompany mailed orders.

We use UPS ground service as our primary shipping resource and we also use the United States Post Office to reach post office boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses, but additional shipping charges may apply depending on the package's weight and distance it must travel to its destination. Second and Next-Day expedited delivery service is available; give us a call at (800) 444-0552 and we'll be happy to explain your shipping options to you.

As of January 8, 2009 we will no longer ship packages to destinations that are not United States territories or military addresses.

If you are in the Louisville area, we will be happy to package your order and provide the packing list necessary for your customs declaration for $10. If you have any questions please give us a call at (800) 444-0552 or (502) 244-3355.

There may be an occasion when temperature extremes restrict the shipping of certain perishable items, chocolates, cheeses, etc. In addition, international orders may be subject to certain restrictions. When your order is ready to ship, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know what your options are.

Occasionally an item in a gift basket may not be available, in which case we promise to substitute a like item of equal or greater value.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please call us at (800) 444-0552 within 30 days of your order and we'll gladly provide a return authorization number or provide an exchange. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on food items or other perishables.
