We have been in business more than 31 years and the focus has always been on exceeding the expectations of our friends and customers. If you or the recipient are not completely satisfied with our products, please call us for a prompt replacement or refund.

Our secure website is quick, convenient and very user friendly! Please take a moment to bookmark our site for your convenience. We add new products and content continuously, but for the most up to date information follow us on Facebook.


Ordering By Phone


If you would prefer to place your order by phone, just give us a call at (800) 444-0552 between 9:00AM and 9:00PM EST, Monday through Friday, Saturdays 10:00AM to 9:00PM, and Noon to 6:00PM on Sundays. For faster processing please have your credit card number and expiration date ready when ordering by phone.


Payment Methods


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards online, in our stores, and by phone. Sorry, we do not accept PayPal.

General Shipping Information


We use UPS ground service as our primary shipping resource. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (also via UPS) but additional shipping charges will apply depending on the package's weight and distance it must travel to its destination.

When shipping outside the continental US regular freight charges will be applied when you place your order. We will contact you with the additional freight charges for your approval before it leaves our warehouse.

Most of the country is less than four business days away by UPS Ground (Check the time in transit map). If you do need expedited service, Second and Next-Day expedited delivery service is available; give us a call at (800) 444-0552 and we'll be happy to explain your shipping options to you.


International Shipping


Sorry, but we do not ship packages to destinations that are not United States territories or military addresses.

If you are in the Louisville area, we will be happy to package your order and provide the packing list necessary for your customs declaration for $10. If you have any questions please give us a call at (800) 444-0552 or (502) 244-3355.


Shipping Restrictions


There may be an occasion when temperature extremes restrict the shipping of certain perishable items, chocolates, cheeses, etc. When your order is ready to ship, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know what your options are.


Substitutions


Occasionally an item in a gift basket may not be available, in which case we promise to substitute a like item of equal or greater value for the same price.


Return and Exchange Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but we understand that sometimes a shirt may be too big or too small, or for whatever reason it isn't exactly what you expected.

Just give us a call at (800) 444-0552 within 30 days of your order and we'll gladly provide a return authorization number or provide an exchange.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on food items, perishables, or dated/seasonal items.
