This one is really something to try — the flavor and zest of the banana pepper mixed with an original sweet mustard combines to make a distinctive taste like no other. An excellent dressing for sandwiches, it makes a great glaze when grilling, baking or broiling. Try it on crackers with salami and cheese or use as a dip. Beware, it's addictive!
Here's an easy recipe that goes great on unbreaded pork chops: mix one part mustard to three parts pineapple jelly and reduce over low heat. Yum!
