Finchville Farms Country Ham Biscuit Slices are uncooked boneless center slices of country ham with all the skin and fat removed. When cooked, it makes a great substitute for Prosciutto, as it is cured in much the same way.

Thin lean strips of boneless country ham are cut into biscuit size pieces. Each package weighs about 1/3 lb and is perfect for people who only need a smaller portion of country ham.
