Invitations for your Derby Party

Once you've decided to have a Derby Party and have planned the guest list, you can either phone your guests or send invitations; whichever is more convenient is proper. Try not to include so many people that you cannot comfortably entertain them all.

For invitations, we sell the official Kentucky Derby preprinted invitations, but you may choose to personalize your own invitation by using blank cards and following a simple race track theme:

Trainers: your name Program Includes: your menu Post Time: the time your party will start Track Location: your address Silks: dress code

Official Derby T-shirts or shrink-wrapped Dirty Ol' Horseshoes from Churchill Downs can be purchased and mailed with your invitations. The whole concept of your invitations should set the pace of your party, whether formal, informal, or casual.
