This naturally brewed soy sauce is rich, smoky, savory, and brothy and is made from soybeans grown in Kentucky. It is then aged in used bourbon barrels which give it hints of charcoal, oak, spice and a mild sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon.
