Bourbon Barrel Foods Bluegrass Soy Sauce is microbrewed in small batches using only whole Kentucky grown Non-GMO soybeans, soft red winter wheat, and the purest limestone filtered Kentucky spring water.
It is then fermented and aged in used bourbon barrels which give it hints of charcoal, oak, spice and a mild sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon.
This unique method of production yields a soy sauce that is rich, smoky, savory, brothy, and unlike any other that we've tried.
